What file format do you support for photography?
- We can use .JPG .TIF .EPS and .PNG
- For pictures, we highly recommend using .JPG or .TIF file
- For vector or line art (ex: logos), we recommend using .EPS file

What file format do you support for copy?
- Word documents are the best
- You can also send it directly in the body of an email

Can I upload a scanned picture?
Yes, you can use your scanner to scan the picture for upload. Here is a recommendation when scanning: Scan the picture at 300 DPI and save as a JPG file.

What if we have no budget?
Many of our customers DO NOT PAY for their own trading cards! Agencies and Departments of all shapes and sizes have had great success in obtaining sponsors to support the cost of their trading cards. It's a win-win situation. Click here for Sponsorship Information.

How quick do I get my cards?
You will receive your trading cards between 7-12 business days after approval of pdf and payment. You will need to review the proof and fax it back to us with approval or changes. Of course, rush jobs are available for an increased cost.

What is the best way to go about a multiple order?
